DairyUK have today appointed the newly established Action Johnes Delivery Team, a consortium of SAC Consulting and and RAFT Solutions Ltd, jointly funded by DairyCo and milk purchasers to manage the Action Johne’s initiative to help reduce the incidence of Johne’s disease in dairy cattle.
The Action Johnes team were appointed through their experience in delivering the Paraban project, recent Defra RDPE Johnes training, input to the UK Cattle Expert group and include key people such as George Gunn, George Caldow, Colin Mason, David Black, Jonathan Statham and Alastair Hayton in project delivery.
